Sayyaf fighter tagged in 2002 Kidapawan blast arrested in Ermita

An Abu Sayyaf member tagged in the 2002 deadly bombing of a bus terminal in the southern province of Kidapawan was arrested over the weekend in Manila, the Philippine National Police said Tuesday.
